Shannon Gubbler - President 

I have been proud to call this community home since 2011, where I have raised my five children and built lasting connections with neighbors. Over the years, I have also served our board in numerous roles, including as the accountant and as a member of various committees. This neighborhood means a great deal to my family and me, and I am excited to serve as president to help strengthen our community, address shared concerns, and continue improving the place we all call home.  

Jerry Gossett - Vice President 

I am a retired Civil Engineer. I worked for the Ga. Department of Transportation for 32 years as the Administrator of Law Enforcement Officers for the State of Georgia. I was the president of the GDOT Engineers’ Association and manager of the Georgia Safety Management System.  After working with the GDOT, I founded Gossett Consulting Services and joined the National Safety Council, where I trained employees of construction companies in roadway safety. 

 Now retired, I enjoy gardening and woodworking and am active in my local church. I am also serving as the President of the Local Chapter 1625 of Woodmen Life.  Now as vice president of the Brentwood Park & Cameron  HOA, I will bring my years of experience to help make our community safe and secure for everyone to enjoy.

 Phyllis Dillard - Treasurer

I have been a BOD member for USA Boxing/GABA (Georgia Amateur Boxing Association). This is a non-profit organization that sends amateur athletes to the USA Olympics. The BOD positions I held were Treasurer and Secretary. I am also retired from AT&T, where I had a Managerial Career. My tenure there was 33 years. I am also a mother, grandmother, wife, and recently a great-grandmother (“Gigi”). 

Nena Bell - Secretary 

I have lived in Marietta for 30 years and called Brentwood Park and Cameron Creek home for the past eleven enjoyable years. Since 2024, I have served as chairperson of the BPCC landscaping committee, where I work to further beautify the landscaping around our community.  

At the committee clubhouse, 22 red azaleas and various flowering bushes were planted as well as a butterfly garden for residents to enjoy. Working directly with landscapers to enhance the entrances to our community, the landscaping committee strives to improve the curb appeal and property value of homes in Brentwood Park and Cameron Creek. 

I also assist homeowners who wish to rent the BPCC community clubhouse for various events, and I assisted in the placement of the community school bus stop for our children. In 2025 I managed the bidding process and contractor selection for our new fencing project along Allgood Rd., and I hope to continue improving the remaining fencing in 2026 while serving on the Board of Directors.

Samantha Davenport - 

Assistant Secretary 

I am a graduate of Auburn University, where I studied apparel merchandising. After college, I lived in New York City and Washington, DC, gaining valuable life and professional experience before moving to Georgia. I moved to Buckhead to marry my husband, Nathan, and three and a half years ago, we settled in Cameron Creek to grow our family. We are now raising our daughter, Lily, and are proud to call this community home.
